Stephen C. Reynolds, Managing Principal of Reynolds Resources, has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources management. Prior to starting his own consulting firm in 1996, he was Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources Administration for world-renowned Boston-based Legal Sea Foods, Inc. Before that he was Vice President of Human Resources for Hospitality Holdings Corporation in Manchester, NH, then the largest private employer in New Hampshire with 26 Burger Kings, six full service restaurants, a luxury country inn, a beer distributorship and more than 2500 employees. He began his career at McDonald's Corporation, where he was voted "Outstanding Corporate Personnel Contributor" for developing McDonald's first comprehensive training program for personnel managers worldwide.

Mr. Reynolds is a candidate for a Master's degree in education at Cambridge College and completed undergraduate course work in the School of Business Administration at Northeastern University. Governors Weld, Cellucci and Romney have each appointed him to the Rehabilitation Advisory Council of the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission. Similarly, New Hampshire's Governors Jeanne Shaheen and Craig Benson, both appointed Mr. Reynolds to the State Rehabilitation Council. A member of the Society for Human Resources Management [SHRM] since 1986 and the New England Human Resources Association [NEHRA] since 1999, he is also a member of the Massachusetts Restaurant Association where he had initiated the Human Resources Task Force which he chaired for its first five years. Mr. Reynolds was appointed to the Zoning Board of Appeals in Gloucester, MA and the the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the Town of Salem, New Hampshire and previously served nearly five years as Chairman and/or Co-Chairperson of the Commission on Disabilities in Beverly, Massachusetts. Recently, Mr. Reynolds was also elected to the Board of Directors of The Independent Living Center of the North Shore and Cape Ann (www.ilcnsca.org).
