
Mr. Reynolds has been in the Human Resources field for over 26 years. With McDonald's Corporation for over 20 years, he was in regional personnel management in New England and Florida, before his being promoted to two different "National Personnel Department" positions at the company's worldwide headquarters in Illinois. He was both a national labor relations consultant and the first national training and development manager for personnel. In the mid/late 1980's, he was Vice President of Human Resources for the then largest employer in New Hampshire where he managed a staff of four. While Vice President of Human Resources for Legal Sea Foods, Mr. Reynolds managed and developed over ten different human resources personnel professionals during an 8-year period. He is well known and highly regarded by other Human Resources personnel throughout the industry for his dedication, fairness and skills in dealing effectively with attracting and retaining quality people. He initiated the establishment of a "HR [Human Resources] Task Force" for the Massachusetts Restaurant Association that was comprised of HR representatives from all of the local national chains that had a presence in Massachusetts and beyond. He served 5 years as its Chairperson beginning at the Task Force's inception. He has been a member of the Society for Human Resources Management [SHRM] since 1986 and the New England Human Resources Association [NEHRA] since 1999. |
