Hospitality Management


Mr. Reynolds has been associated with the hospitality industry for 40 years in both operations and human resources [formerly called personnel.] With McDonald's Corporation for over 20 years, was an hourly-paid employee, assistant manager, store manager, district manager [area supervisor], regional personnel manager, national labor relations consultant and national training and development manager for national personnel. While Vice President of Human Resources for Legal Sea Foods, Mr. Reynolds hired significant numbers of restaurant management, operations and administrative personnel. He is well known and highly regarded by restaurant operators, operations and executive personnel throughout the industry for his dedication, fairness and skills in dealing effectively with attracting and retaining quality people. He initiated the establishment of a "HR [Human Resources] Task Force" for the Massachusetts Restaurant Association that was comprised of HR representatives from all of the local national chains that had a presence in Massachusetts and beyond. He served 5 years as its Chairperson beginning at the inception of the Task Force.  Mr. Reynolds also co-founded and previously owned/operated, the Aldrich Guest House, an upscale Bed & Breakfast, that is still operating today  in Galena, IL.
